Bought it for my son to use, but I have been using it. Nice bag for extra padding for practicing low kicks and handles for practicing knee strikes. We have used it for well over a year and it has held up very well.

at the time purchased in this was the best bang for the buck. the product is well constructed. Update after while using it and probably 3000 punches, the filling slightly went downwards and abit loose at the very top now but my trainer told me this is normal in all bags and will need to refill the bag with more cloth. luckily I got a longer bag and and the middle part (which is my eye-level) is still very compressed and packed. great bag overall!

The filling of the bag is quite special. It replicates the feeling of hitting a human body. Soft at the first hit (like body fats, skin etc) but upon driving ur punches harder and further in, the filling seems to be harder (like bones). Especially good for kicks ! The rivet seems quite ok, not sure whether it will hold up the 80kg bag for long lol.. So far a few months already and no signs of wear and tear yet. Installation work is done perfectly and the guy knows his stuff !! Good job

This bag is recommended by my gym and definitely value for money!! I see one of this bag hanging in my gym for 2 years already. All the other thai bags (Twins/Fairtex) are tearing and peeling but this bag seems to hold up very well in the gym. This bag works very well already. Dont need to spend big bucks to buy those thai branded bags
