STARBALM® Cold Gel can also be used to treat inflammation or to relax overworked muscles. It also helps the skin recover from bruises.

The STARBALM® Warm Gel is very suitable to support you during your warming-up for Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA Training, Sparring or even Competition so that you can put those fast twitching muscles to good use. It can also be used for aftercare for sore and stiff muscles. The liquid substance of the gel makes it easy to be used on larger surfaces. The gel is easy to wash away with soap and is easily absorbed by the skin

• Use this AFTER an exercise to help your muscles relax and recover faster.
